Compilation of inspection activities in 2024 within the area of responsibility of the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning.

The Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning annually monitors inspection statistics for motor-driven devices that are subject to inspection requirements according to the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's regulations and general advice (2011:12) on lifts and certain other motor-driven devices.

The 2024 inspection statistics showed that the proportion of motor-driven devices that had some form of deficiency during recurrent inspections remained at an unchanged level compared to the previous year.
