Safety responsibility rests on the owner's shoulders

Every year, elevator accidents occur. Many people believe that the responsibility for elevator safety lies with the inspection body or service company. Service and maintenance can be outsourced, but never the responsibility. It is the owner who is responsible for safety. If you are on the board of a BRF or are a property owner, the responsibility rests with you.
