Welcome to the Swedish Elevator Association's autumn meeting 2024

On Wednesday, November 13, the Swedish Elevator Association invites its members to an autumn meeting on the theme Vital: Safe workplaces in the elevator and escalator industry about creating a good safety culture in the elevator and escalator industry.

The Swedish Elevator Association wants to support the elevator and escalator industry in increasing knowledge about risks and safety, increasing the skills to practically use the knowledge about risks and safety that exists, and contributing to a broad anchoring of safety issues.

Together with licensed psychologist Erik Matton from Behaviour Design Group, we explore our "should just" behaviors during a crash course on how to build a strong safety culture within the company.
