Welcome to an industry with cohesion!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Swedish Elevator Association is the Swedish trade association for companies that manufacture, install and maintain elevators and escalators. The companies that are currently members of the Swedish Elevator Association represent over 801% of the market for elevators and escalators in Sweden.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal of the Swedish Elevator Association's work is to promote the positive development of the industry by offering all members activities, information and the opportunity to actively participate in committee work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most important work takes place within the Technology and Safety Committee, the Communications Committee, the Education Committee and the management group for the YH education in Tumba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Member benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Elevator Association is a non-profit association with offices at Teknikf\u00f6retagens Branschgrupper AB. Companies that are members of a trade organization with offices at us are welcome to take advantage of discount agreements and benefits in many different areas through Teknikf\u00f6retagen Plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cost of membership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operations and activities for the members are financed through a service fee<\/em> (deductible) and a membership fee<\/em> (not deductible). The Elevator Association's membership fee for the coming year is decided together with the budget at the association's autumn meeting. The fee consists of a fixed part that is the same for all members, and a variable part that is based on the company's turnover for the past two years. The Elevator Association also offers associate membership for companies that operate in the elevator and escalator area, but that do not meet all the criteria according to the Elevator Association's statutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before your company applies for membership in the Swedish Elevator Association, it is important to read the association's statutes and code of conduct. If you do not meet the requirements for a member company according to \u00a7 5 Membership<\/em> you can apply for associate membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
