Response to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency's letter: Proposals for simplifications and improvements in the traceability system for hazardous waste

The Swedish Elevator Association has submitted a response to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency's proposal for simplifications in the traceability system for hazardous waste. The association supports the proposed exemption from the requirement for transport records and reporting to the waste register for certain transports within installation and maintenance activities. The association also believes that the change should enter into force immediately after the decision, as it would entail significant administrative relief for member companies.
